Roberto Penco, PhD

PhD in Computer Science · University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER)

More than twenty years of experience in enterprise software, product configuration, AI, and technology leadership. Roberto connects an understanding of business processes with AI research and practical delivery.

He has led organisations of around fifty people and teams responsible for applications throughout their lifecycle. His research includes large language models and constraint modelling.

Today he brings that background to a simple question: how can people use AI in their own work? Applications span administrative workflows, research, education, interactive visualisation, and creative production.
