Align and visualise
Agree the charter, starting measure and representative cases. Map present and future work and approve a buildable pilot design.

Weeks 2–3
Build and verify
Configure the pilot and up to five reusable task instructions. Check normal, boundary and failure cases before selected-user use.

Week 3
Use and refine
Selected users try representative and real work. Record findings, correct problems and retest agreed changes.

Week 4
Hand over and decide
Demonstrate the pilot, review evidence against the starting measure and agree the next delivery step.

Company-wide rollout, production service operation, ongoing support or open-ended maintenance

All amounts are in euros. The written proposal confirms applicable VAT, travel and any third-party subscriptions, licence or API charges before booking. Dates, payment and booking-change terms are confirmed before booking. This page does not create a booking or take payment.
