Prepare the starting point
The workflow owner completes a short form at least three working days before delivery and joins the remote preparation call.

Map, design and rehearse
One eight-hour day including 75 minutes of breaks and lunch: 405 minutes of facilitated working time. Create maps, a shared template and up to three reusable skill files.

Within 5 working days
Refine and hand over
Receive the final agreed skill-file set, with usage guidance and named responsibilities.

Day 30 · 60 min
Review adoption
Review actual use, improvements and the next actions with the workflow owner and relevant team members.

All amounts are in euros. The written proposal confirms applicable VAT, travel and any third-party subscriptions, licence or API charges before booking. Dates, payment and booking-change terms are confirmed before booking. This page does not create a booking or take payment.
